The founders of the collection are O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, and the Kharkiv Regional Territorial Branch of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine
It publishes articles with scientific novelty and result from completed research of a problematic or scientific-practical nature.
The collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" is included in the list of specialized publications of Ukraine in technical (orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 975 dated 11.07.2019, No. 1643 dated 28.12.2019, No. 157 dated 09.02.2021) and economic sciences (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1301 dated 15.10.2019) and architecture (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1188 dated 24.09.2020)
The collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" is registered as a subject in the field of print media: Decision of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine dated 11.08.2023 No. 692, Protocol No. 19.
