The main directions of choosing a business partner and potential cooperation with enterprises of the euro area states, establishment of joint ventures, interaction with partners and practical aspects of the transfer of individual links of the common logistics chain are considered. The possibilities of adapting the existing capabilities of the logistics chain to achieve the research goal are analyzed. The following issues are singled out: criteria, goal coordination, analysis of partners, forms of business cooperation, and others.
