Встановлено, що функціонування будівельних підприємств залежить від підґрунтя, на якому приймаються рішення щодо забезпечення їх розвитку. Відбувається зниження ефективності й результативності діяльності, скорочується виробничо-господарський потенціал, рівень використання інтелектуального капіталу, сучасного інноваційного інструментарію. Більш того, виникають певні проблемні аспекти щодо формування й застосування нормативно-правового забезпечення, яке спрямоване на розвиток будівельних підприємств.
