Abstract

. The activity of any element of the system under study affects the action of all others. Therefore, to evaluate any solution, it is necessary to determine all the relationships essential for the system, to establish the influence of each on the behavior of
the entire system, and not just its element. When analyzing the relationship of the whole and the part using a systematic approach, the determining role belongs to the whole. Using a systematic approach makes it possible to predict how the system will develop if the external environment or any of its elements changes. Since systematic practice is organically inherent in human practice and thinking, the solution of problems using a systematic approach is a logical consequence of the development of systemic thinking among managers of researchers.
