Abstract

The article highlights current tendencies of renovation of industrial buildings for civilian objects, which are located in urban building. It is necessary to take into account the specificity of construction and installation work on the restoration of structures, during revitalization. The production of construction and installation works thus has a number of exceptional properties that arise as a result of the fact that work is combined in time and space.
