Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify specific features of the internal architectural and functional organization of confectionery factories with museums at them. The research methodology includes the study and systematization of literary sources, the identification of techniques and principles of modern architecture of confectionery factories. The article deals with the problems of designing confectionary factories with innovative methods of working space organization, combining production function with tourist function - the presence of a museum at a confectionery factory. The prospect of using and introducing new technologies and methods of space organization for such objects in the future is revealed. Systematic techniques and principles of confectionery factories.
