Abstract

The issues of the influence of chemical additives in concrete on the human body, methods of protection and precautions in the manufacture and installation of concrete mixtures are considered. Attention is also paid to the presence of harmful carcinogenic substances in the composition of cements and aggregates. The toxicological characteristics of a number of harmful substances used in the production of concrete are given.
