Abstract

The research proposed in this paper relates to the construction industry, namely the design and implementation of effective insulation materials. In the residential sector, new energy saving standards have been adopted, which requires increased requirements for heat protection measures and insulation materials that can be competitive in the modern construction market. Liquid thermal insulation coatings on the basis of hollow glass and aluminosilicate microspheres gradually gain all the new industries, including construction. The ratio of specialists to the thermal protection characteristics of such materials is ambiguous. Calculations on the resistance of the heat transfer of the building envelope to the coverage based on the hollow microspheres are relevant. These materials include thinlayer mineral thermal insulation coatings, which have not only a very low thermal conductivity, but also contribute to reducing the heat transfer from the outside due to the radiation component in the overall heat flux. A promising area of energy conservation is reflective insulation. The idea of a reflective isolation is not new, but it has not been fully implemented. In this paper, calculations are considered for the conservation of heat consumption with the use of reflecting insulation on the basis of hollow glass and aluminosilicate microspheres, which justifies its use for buildings. Since the reflective thermal insulation leads to a change in the structure and magnitude of heat losses from the wall surface, a change in the heat transfer for a fencing structure with reflective coating and without it has been determined. The purpose of the research is to determine the possibility of reducing the heat consumption when using a heat-insulating coating, which has not only a low heat transfer coefficient but also a reflective thermal insulation. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to calculate the heat transfer resistance of the enclosing structure, taking into account the heat-insulating coating containing the glass microspheres.
