Abstract

The main stages of optimization and forecasting the duration of construction of transport facilities are highlighted. The modern data characterizing a frequent excess of the design terms of not production due to the effective organization of technological support are analyzed. It is determined which situations lead to an increase in construction costs. The influence of industrialization of construction, the application of flow methods, and the comprehensive mechanization of
work on the duration of construction are considered. In the context of optimizing the duration of construction, a number of important tasks are considered, including: identifying trends in improving logistics efficiency, optimizing the sequence of work, forecasting of operational failures. The presented research results can be applied in the development and improvement of electronic digital systems for forecasting the duration of construction.
