СПОСІБ ПІДСИЛЕННЯ КАМ'ЯНИХ КОЛОН (СТОВПІВ) ПОПЕРЕДНЬО НАПРУЖЕНОЮ ОБОЙМОЮ

We are introducing a new way of strengthening the columns that have been pre-tensioned by the masonry. The essence of the method is as follows. On the edges of the column is fixed angles elements for which a certain fixed step flexibilities in the form of closed contours in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the column, then, to create volumetric compression column adjacent branches flexible elements in pairs collected and fixed in this position screws in the middle of spans (between retractable flexible elements). As a material for the flexible elements can be used highstrength steel wire reinforcing products or composite materials based on filaments, strands, nonwoven tapes with high glass, basalt and other fibers impregnated with polymeric binders. In order to prevent the displacement of flexible contours along the angular elements, they are made of depressions (cutouts), in which the cuvette material is placed. When using flexible elements for composite materials after hardening of coiling is performed at the appropriate temperature (depending on the polymer binders used cold or hot curing). After that column crimped by prestressing the flexible element through the collection of pairwise neighboring branches flexible elements spans the middle (between angular elements). The accumulation is performed simultaneously on the opposite sides of the column with the help of simple mechanisms of manual action (screw or lever). The use of powerful hydrodrals or other means for this purpose is not required, since the transverse force of pulling the branches of flexible elements is 10-20 times less longitudinal effort required for the previous tension of these elements. Achieved in flexible prestressing elements fixed with cable ties - clamps. Thus, a volumetric stress state of the column, which greatly increases its carrying capacity. We present the figures and calculations explaining the essence of the method and determine power settings and tensions arising in the branches of the flexible elements in stone, masonry columns yaniy aggravated.
