Abstract

The article presents the theoretical basis for the relationship between migration and population development of urbanization. Development of methods for structural reorganization of urban systems affected by migration pressure to create compositional planning bases that would ensure sustainable development of territories of regions and metropolitan areas. Revealed
the basic principles and methods of regulation of migration flows by urban development. Compositional planning bases for centripetal tendencies in the movement of functions in users have been created. An integrated criterion for the quality of life of a conditional resident and the level of development of the real estate markets, employment and various services - "Indicator
of the territorial migration attractiveness" have been established. The estimation is made of the degree of migration attractiveness of the territory, namely: the degree of development of socio-economic and territorial-spatial structure of the settlement, which reflects the opportunities for profit, employment, improvement of living conditions, political, social and ecological service.
