Have been carried out in situ a stamp tests with an area up to Аst=2,0м2 and the observations at the settlements of the multi-story buildings on the large-size spread and pseudo-continuous pile-raft foundations with an area up to А=2000м2. Based on the analysis of an experimental-theoretical researches, propose the technique of a assigning of a deformation modulus of the soil base (without specific properties) of the foundations various areas for the layer-by-layer summation method with used of a engineering model subsoil. It permit to receive the real settlements of a soil base of the large-size foundations.
