ПОМИЛКИ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ПРОЦЕСІВ РОЗВИТКУ ТА ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ МІСТА ЯК ДИНАМІЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ

Abstract

Today, the lack of ideas about the city as a complex, dynamic system that develops and functions in space and time has led to a number of major system errors in architecture. The reason for the mistakes made in the analysis and design of such a system was the repeated complication of the principles of its operation and the impossibility in some situations to rely on the thousand-year experience gained by previous generations of architects. Due to the tradeoffs between conflicts of interests, the city exists and develops. If new boundaries of compromises are established, the system acquires stability, otherwise it goes into a state of crisis. In the case when the crisis is exacerbated, there is a threat of disaster. So, the city system exists in the conditions of constant dynamic changes. The identification of such critical limits and the development of methods to overcome them is the main task of researching a city as a dynamic system.
