СУЧАСНІ МЕТОДИ РОЗБИРАННЯ (ДЕМОНТАЖУ) КРУПНОПАНЕЛЬНИХ БУДІВЕЛЬ В ЩІЛЬНІЙ МІСЬКІЙ ЗАБУДОВІ

Abstract

The article considers methods of buildings dismantling, on the example of the 6th entrance of a 10-storey large-panel residential building with a technical floor on the Solomiya Krushelnytska street in Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. Foreign and domestic experience and approach to dismantlingof buildings, especially those in a state of emergency are considered. The complexity of the work lies in the emergency condition of the building and the lack of external enclosing structures, which can lead to loss of spatial stability of the building during its dismantling and the fall of individual structures of the building. The difficult to predict the nature of the destruction of structures, due to the emergency technical condition of the building structures, and taking into account the impact of dismantling on adjacent urban buildings, led to determine a safe method of dismantling to minimize impact on neighboring buildings. When dismantling the building, temporary fixing of the building structures is provided, especially in case of their emergency technical condition, and installation of special fastening when using installation equipment. The article presents modern methods of disassembly of building structures, technical features of their implementation, advantages and disadvantages. The modern method of dismantling on an example of use of assembly and technological mobile complex is considered. The advantages of which are the reduction of the impact of dismantling the building on the surrounding buildings. The results of the study were used for further selection of the method of disassembly of building structures, development of construction organization project and construction execution project and recommendations for work.
