Abstract

The shortcomings of the established practice of calculating a uniform heating tariff for all types of residential buildings are shown. A new calculation methodology has been proposed to establish fair tariffs for consumers corresponding to the type and floor of buildings. Directions of development of incentive tariffs for owners of each apartment are proposed, taking into account their participation in improving energy efficiency of the whole residential building.
