Abstract

The impossibility of implementing the basin principle for the calculation allowable discharge of waste water into waterways within the borders of administrative areas is substantiated. Partitioning the river basin to local areas is proposed. Method of the calculation of the determination regional standard quality of natural water is demonstrated.
