АНАЛІЗ СКЛАДІВ БЕТОНУ ДЛЯ ВИГОТОВЛЕННЯ ЗАЛІЗОБЕТОННИХ ШПАЛ НА ЗАВОДАХ ЗБШ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Analysis of the composition of concrete railway sleepers and their impact on energy costs in the production of sleepers was carried out. Found that the use of portland cement of high activity and optimal compositions of concrete, which provide the optimal values of the structural characteristics of concrete - coefficients of move apart of aggregate grains and water-cement ratio provided a reduction of 80-45% of the energy on steam curing sleepers.
