. The creation and research of new machines used in monolithic concreting is an urgent task. The research presents the research of the universal hose concrete pump, the machines of this type have proved themselves in the concreting work.
Studies of the dynamic characteristics of the universal hose concrete pump have shown that the use of the hydraulic drive of a concrete pump increases the acceleration and deceleration time of the rotor, this provides a smoother robot of the machine, which positively affects the lifetime of the concrete pump. The study of working conditions taking into account the design features of the rotor shows that the reliability of the proposed universal hose concrete pump is higher than existing hose concrete pumps, as evidenced by the calculation of the machine operating cycles: the service life of the new hose concrete pump is 25% higher than that of the operating analogues.
