Abstract

Any system, including economic, is not consistently unchanged in the long run. She is constantly exposed to many internal and external forces. Over time, this influence objectively leads to the need for modification, some adaptation, modification or transformation of the system itself. All this fully concerns the economic systems of different levels − the national economy, the production and industrial sectors of individual enterprises and their structural units. Therefore, in world economic science, the problems of restructuring are given considerable attention. They are also reflected in the scientific works of famous scientists of Ukraine: V. Ambrosov, L.
