Abstract

An analysis of the experience of the heat supply systems decentralization in Ukraine is presented, a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the centralized and decentralized heat supply systems is presented for the purpose of identifying technical and organizational measures that improve the energy efficiency of existing heat supply systems. In addition to the costly replacement of existing single-pipe heating systems by individual apartment heat meters in high-rise residential buildings, a method for improving the thermal energy price formation is given, taking into account the building type, the measures taken by heat consumers to protect their apartments.
