Abstract

It is known that the industrial wastewater of the milk processing enterprises is a category of highly concentrated water with unstable flow rate and composition during the day. The wastewater of the milk processing industry is mainly contaminated with suspended and organic matter, both in the undiluted and dissolved state, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds, fats and increased salt content.
