We are pleased to welcome you to the website of the collection "SCIENTIFIC BULLETIN OF CONSTRUCTION" (SBC), which was founded in 1997.

Scientific Bulletin of Construction is a peer-reviewed scientific collection with open access intended for publishing articles with scientific novelty and are the result of completed research of a problematic or scientific-practical nature.

Scientific Bulletin of Construction is recognized by the Higher Attestation Committee of Ukraine as a category B specialized publication in technical (per the orders of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 975 dated 11.07.2019, No. 1643 dated 28.12.2019, No. 157 dated 09.02.2021) and economic sciences (per the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1301 dated 15.10.2019) and architecture (per the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1188 dated 24.09.2020).

The collection is designed for researchers and specialists in construction and architecture, graduate students, students, and anyone interested in the development of a modern city.

The purpose of the collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" is to highlight discoveries in the field of reconstruction and restoration of buildings and structures of the city economy, the introduction of new building materials, resource-saving technologies in construction, architectural and urban development, geodesy and land management, geotechnics and hydro-technical construction, life support systems of cities, relevant issues of ecology and sanitary cleaning of cities, chemistry and chemical technologies, increasing the efficiency of capital investments and the level of mechanization and automation of production processes.

To solve the main task - the publication of scientific articles with the aim of spreading relevant and useful information - scientific works are presented in the following directions:

  • 161 – Chemical technologies and engineering.
  • 183 – Technologies of environmental protection.
  • 191 – Architecture and urban planning.
  • 192 – Construction and civil engineering.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

The articles in the collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" are open access. "Open access" means the availability of full tests on the Internet for all users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, find, or link to the full texts of the relevant articles, use them for indexing, enter them as data into software or use for other legitimate purposes in the absence of financial, legal and technical obstacles, except for those that regulate access to the Internet itself. The only limitation on the reproduction and distribution of publications and the only condition of copyright in this area should be the author's right to control the integrity of his work and mandatory references to his name when using the work and citing it.
In our case, open access is implemented as follows: publication of articles in the "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" collection, which are placed in open access. At the same time, the author of the article and the collection's founder bear all costs for creating the publication and organizing access; the end user gets access to the journal free of charge.

Publication of articles in the "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" collection is free.

All editions of publications are available for public access on the website of the collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" in the "Archives" section (http://khg.kname.edu.ua/index.php/khg/issue/archive). The open-access repository provides tools, already freely available, for converting contributions made in PDF format to machine-readable formats such as XML.

A DOI (Digital Object Identifier) ​​identifier is assigned to each article in the "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" collection.

The authors reserve the right to authorship of their work and transfer the right to the first publication of this work to the journal under the terms of the license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (with Attribution – Non-Commercial – No Derivatives 4.0 International), which allows others to freely distribute the published work with a mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this journal.
