ПЕРЕДУМОВИ РОЗВИТКУ СПЕЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ «DATA SCIENTIST URBAN ARCHITECT» ТА «DATA ANALYST URBAN ARCHITECT» В ПРОФЕСІЇ «АРХІТЕКТОР»

Анотація

У контексті аналізу впливу інноваційних технологій на розширення ядра професії «Архітектор» проаналізовано інструментарій та технології «Smart City», а також проблеми обробки і аналізу великих масивів даних (Big Data) про місто. Розглянуті Державні Стандарти України, що розроблено на підставі міжнародних стандартів ISO та впроваджуються в проектну практику, а саме: ДСТУ ISO 37101:2019 (ISO 37101:2016, IDT); ДСТУ ISO 37120:2019 (ISO 37120:2018, IDT), а також стандарти ISO 37120 та ISO 37101. Отримані дані дозволили обґрунтувати передумови розвитку інноваційних спеціалізацій «Data Scientist Urban Architect» і «Data Analyst Urban Architect» в професії «Архітектор», орієнтованих на надання інформаційної та аналітичної підтримки органам міського самоврядування, бізнесу та урбаністи в процесах прийняття стратегічних рішень по оптимізації принципів функціонування міст.

In the context of analyzing the impact of innovative technologies on expanding the core of the profession of "Architect" analyzed the tools and technologies of "Smart City", as well as the problems of processing and analyzing large amounts of data (Big Data) about the City. Reviewed State Standards of Ukraine developed on the basis of international ISO standards and implemented in the design practice, such as: DSTU ISO 37101:2019 (ISO 37101:2016, IDT); DSTU ISO 37120:2019 (ISO 37120:2018, IDT), as well as ISO 37120 and ISO 37101. The obtained data allowed to substantiate the preconditions for the development of innovative specializations "Data Scientist Urban Architect" and "Data Analyst Urban Architect" in the profession "Architect", focused on providing information and analytical support to urban governments, businesses and urbanists in the processes of making strategic decisions to optimize the principles of urban functioning.
