ОСОБЛИВОСТІ НЕГАТИВНИХ СИТУАЦІЙ, ЩО СКЛАЛИСЯ В МОСТОВОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ КРАЇНИ

Анотація

Стан мостових споруд підійшов до критичної точки, після якої починається неконтрольоване їх руйнування і мостопад. Тому проблема їх збереження та вдосконалення Системи управління експлуатацією мостових споруд завжди актуальні. Впровадженню такої системи в нашій країні перешкоджають деякі історично існуючі негативні ситуації, і в першу чергу це те, що експлуатацією мостовими спорудами займаються спеціалісти дорожньої галузі, які не мають поглибленої підготовки мостової професії і не можуть приділяти професійної уваги мостам в зв’язку з тим, що основне у них завдання - експлуатація доріг. Мета цієї роботи показати всі негативні ситуації, що перешкоджають нормальній експлуатації мостових споруд дорожніми організаціями, і запропонувати вихід із цього становища шляхом удосконалення системи експлуатації. Система управління експлуатацією мостових споруд повинна базуватись на принципах, які характеризують якість інформаційних даних про стан мостових споруд, придатних для складання системи заходів по їх утриманню, збереженню і обслуговуванню, а також на концепції розвитку мостового господарства країни.

The condition of bridge structures has approached a critical point, after which their uncontrolled destruction and collapse begins. Therefore, the problem of their preservation and improvement of the management system for the operation of bridge structures has always been relevant. The introduction of such a system in our country is hindered by some historically existing negative situations, the first being the fact that the operation of bridge structures is executed by the road specialists who do not have in-depth training in the bridge profession and cannot pay professional attention to bridges as that their main task is the operation of roads. The purpose of this work is to show all the negative situations that hinder the normal operation of bridge structures by road organizations, and to offer a way out of this situation by improving the operating system. The system of managing the operation of bridge structures should be based on the principles that characterize the quality of information data on the condition of bridge structures, suitable for compiling a system of measures for their maintenance, preservation and servicing, as well as the concept of development for the bridge system of the country.
