Abstract

Changes in the students’ training programs for the specialty «Construction and Civil Engineering» and the specialization
«Water Supply and Sanitary Engineering» have led to the introduction of new disciplines in the educational process with changing the academic load, excluding some courses or reducing their content. Lost courses became the basis for studying the following disciplinary plans and are important for mastering the specialty. It is necessary to take into account the training material that depending on the circumstances, which cannot be addressed to students, at developing plan and program «Optimization and reliability of water supply and sanitation systems». Such a formulation of the question will preserve the links between the disciplines and not to miss studies and not to reduce the requirements for the preparation of students. The article contains sections and questions that should be considered in the program of the new discipline.
