ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ДЕГРАДОВАНИХ ВИРОБНИЧИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ ЗА ДОПОМОГОЮ СЕЛЬБИЩНОЇ ФУНКЦІЇ

Abstract

The issue of restoration of degraded areas for the current stage of urbanization, characterized by changing technological epochs, is quite relevant. As a result of the transformation of industrial cities into postindustrial production areas, priority measures are needed to determine the nature of their further life. With complete exhaustion of production, the possibility of replacing the function with the most organic for the environment of the urban structure is considered.

 In such conditions, the use of the settlement function to restore degraded production areas seems most appropriate if they are located on the border of existing housing units or in their structure, when the very presence of housing makes it impossible to place facilities that may adversely affect the environment.
