Доведена актуальність теми дослідження, яка пов’язана з необхідністю вирішення проблемних питань на сучасному етапі економічних трансформацій. Запропоновано визначення стейкхолдерно-орієнтованої стратегії формування інвестиційної привабливості будівельних підприємств, що характеризується сукупністю взаємопов’язаних елементів, дій і заходів, взаємодія яких здійснюється через систему соціально-економічних, просторових, містобудівних, безпекових, інвестиційних, екологічних, стейкхолдерних чинників, спрямованих на зростання ІП БП.
