ФОРМУВАННЯ ЖИТЛОВОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА МІСЬКИХ ОСОБНЯКІВ ХІХ СТ. (НА ПРИКЛАДІ М. ПОЛТАВА)

У статті розглянуто питання формування житлового середовища у міських старовинних особняках ХІХ століття. Стисло проаналізовано матеріал попередніх дослідників з цієї теми. На підставі виявлених об’єктів дослідження у м. Полтаві проаналізовано алгоритм формування житлового середовища в особняках ХІХ ст., їх особливості. Основний акцент зроблено на локації головних приміщень особняка, їх формуванню та функціональним навантаженням. Підтверджено, що житлове середовище особняків протягом досліджуваного періоду зазнавало змін, трансформацій, пов’язаних із його адаптацією до нових вимог, запитів його мешканців та викликів часу.
