The founders of the collection are O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, and the Kharkiv Regional Territorial Branch of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine

According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 11, 2026 No. 928, the collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" is included in the list of professional publications of Ukraine within the cluster "Industrial and Construction Technologies, Logistics, Transport".
The collection "Scientific Bulletin of Construction" is registered as a subject in the field of print media: Decision of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine dated 11.08.2023 No. 692, Protocol No. 19.
